I installed IOS9 on my 5s and when the phone started it showed the "Hello" then asked my pin code, then a white screen that says "slide to upgrade" but will not do anything. No response to the swipe, will not power down and restart, nothing.i

I Installed IOS9 to my 5s and it crashed. When the phone restarted with the "Hello" to choose language, then said to "Swipe to upgrade", there is no response. Swiping does nothing, and it will not power down and restart.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.1

TThis was during the upgrade from ios7 to 9.0.1. One hour later still no change in phone status. A hard reset with the home button and the start button restarts the process -Hello, pin code, then swipe to reset with no response.

I had the same problem.

Try to reset the iphone, power bottom and bottom button held for 6-8 seconds. Now I can use my cell phone!!! I hope it works for you too.
