iTunes 12 and Windows 10 not recognize iPad and iPhone

iTunes 12.3.0.44 64 bit does not recognize iiPhone 6 with iOS 8 or iPad 3 with iOS 9 on ASUS computer with Windows 10 installed. How do I get iTunes to recognize Apple devices on this computer?

Apple devices recognize computer and ask whether to trust. Apple device appears in file directory. Tried with antivirus turned on and antivirus turned off. Deleted iTunes and reinstalled. Deleted driver software and reinstalled.

I have a similar problem: iTunes does not show my iPhone (IOS 9) when it's connected to the computer that is running Windows 10.

Chatted with a tech person at Apple, and the answer was that they are working on it, but there's nothing they can do right now.

I haven't yet tried to synch with my old Windows 7 computer, but I'm tempted to try.

Installed Win 10 yesterday, iTunes 12. whatever had no issues syncing iPod, tried with iPad 3rd gen running iOS9. not a brass razoo. iPad appears & looks like it will sync but sits there. Tried Apple support info: re-starting both PC & iPad - useless. Come on it's now Oct 28th, Win 10 came out late July 2015, for goodness sake your IT boffins should be earning their $'s. @ least as fast as Apple takes them from their customers.

Thank you.
