Q: Iphone 5c touchscreen won't work

I have a IPhone 5c and all of a sudden the touchscreen won't work. I didn't drop it to make this happen. I have IOS 9.0.1, I don't know if that would make a difference. What can I do to fix this?

See this support document for instructions on troubleshooting the touchscreen. If the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond to touch - Apple Support
