I understand that you are having difficulty hearing through the receiver while on a call. Here are some troubleshooting steps that I would recommend going through for this issue. Also, make sure that the protective film has been removed as this can cause the issue.
If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound quality is poor on iPhone
