Q: Don't have a credit card - setting up an Apple ID for kids

I am trying to set up an apple id for a child under the age of 13.  I am 43. I only have debit cards.  I don't have a credit card that would allow me to prove that I am an adult.  Is there any other way I can have my "adulthood" verified?
