I have an iPhone 4s with 12.6 GB of storage capacity, and my carrier is Virgin Mobile. I recently downloaded the iOS 9.0.1 update, and since then I have not been able to make or receive any calls. When I try to call someone, it doesn't ring and ends the call with beeping, and when someone tries to call me, it goes straight to voicemail. Does anybody know how to fix this?
