I want them off my disk, not just hidden from iTunes, but when I delete them, iTunes says, "Are you sure you want to hide this music video". I don't see the video afterwards, but I really want all the space freed up.

If you want them removed from the drive you can delete them directly from the iTunes folder.
You will need to go to your home folder via Finder then choose the Music folder, followed by the iTunes folder
Next, select iTunes Media then open the downloads folder and delete the movies/videos from there.
If you need to delete music, choose the music folder instead.
To make things easier you can type these breadcrumbs into Finder search by opening Finder, clicking on GO in top toolbar and choose "Go To Folder" then enter the breadcrumbs below.
Be sure to type the name of your home folder just as it's presented to you on the screen:
/Users/yourHomeFolderName/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media

Are you doing this in iTunes itself or are you doing this in the Store interface? The Store only lets you hide items but you can delete them from iTunes.
iTunes Media wasn't there, but found it in iTunes test. Didn't have the videos in it though. Cant' find them by name in Finder either.
I'm in my music library, then Music Videos. I don't know if they are from the store. Probably I guess.
