Q: My iPhone 5 touch screen is playing up! Please help me?

My iPhone 5 32gb touch screen stops working every so often after updating to IOS 9 can anyone help me/ come up with a solution without needing to spend money? Thank you.

If I understand correctly, the touchscreen on your iPhone 5 responds inconsistently. Try taking a look at the article linked below and running through the troubleshooting tips that it provides.
