How to I block gross nasty pictures from appearing in any search from Safari

I came to Yosemite from Tiger. In my old, old version of Safari I was able to choose a level of security that made it possible for me to never see gross nasty pictures if I'm looking for clip art in Google or anywhere else for that matter.

Now, in Safari 8.0.8 I cannot figure out how to do that. I can't figure out how to do that from System Preferences either. I don't want to put a child safeguard on it. That's too much of a blockade for me. I've tried it and I could not access pretty much anything. But I don't want to look for an image and have obscene images appear at all.

Any advice?

Well, System Preferences won't have any effect on Google Image searches, especially since System Preferences are to do with the running of your computer, not what you look for on the Internet. All you have to do is enable SafeSearch in Google, and then when you search for something, you won't get any **** or other explicit images lumped in with what you're looking for.
