all of my 3D Touch shortcuts worked perfectly on my 6S Plus. Then I had to do a factory restore, and now I have lost many of my 3D Touch shortcuts. Not all of them, but photos, music player and maps no longer have 3D touch shortcuts
I have the same problem with messages and the phone app. Have you figured this out? Apple as usual has no clue!
I have the same problem on 9.0.2. 3D touch doesn't work on Apple Music, Photos, or the iTunes Store app icon anymore. when I first got my 6s plus, these all had shortcut menus pop up.
I've got the same issue too, worked fine but then had to factory reset my 6s and now only a few shortcuts work (about half don't anymore) also on iOS 9.0.2
Hey evreyone, had the exact same problem.
You have to restore the iphone as a new phone,
and than connect to your icloud account.
It's a bit annoying, but fixed the problem.
(Also had a problem with the healt app- it wasn't counting my steps, that was also solved by this soulution)

My only issue now is that I don't have my texts messages.
Any idea on how to transfer them? I googled it a bit, only found pricey softwares....
Same problem here. I have to swap the phone due to a bad microphone on 6s. restired via icloud and Maps, Reminders, Find my Friends shortcuts now gone.
