I just clicked on a link and a huge notice came up you have just downloaded a virus. No I have a voice on my computer that will not stop talking.

A warning just appeared on my screen that says I downloaded a virus. Now a voice is talking and I cannot get it to stop. Help?

MacBook, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)
