How do I sync my notes on Iphone 6s to Macbook Air

I recently switched from Android to iPhone and honestly, it has been a regretful experience. First of all, iOS has so many problems and bugs, and with their new 3D touch, regular feedback is hard. Examples:

-I have had the notification screen (pulldown bar from top) stuck mid way 2 times. I had to turn off the device and turn it on again so it would return back to normal. Apple, are you serious?

-I found minimizing a Youtube video to be extremely painstaking. It takes 3-4 tries of hitting that box at the bottom right corner to minimize the video size. Never have I done it in one try (and I hit it exactly in the middle), all thanks to Apple's new 3D touch technology, or perhaps it was always like this? Regardless, Apple, are you serious?

*IF YOU WATCH A YOUTUBE VIDEO IN FULLSCREEN, HIT THE HOME BUTTON TO RETURN, AND THEN OPEN YOUTUBE WITH THE FULL SCREEN VIDEO, THE MINIMIZE BUTTON ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT WILL NOT WORK**

Apple, are you serious?

Youtube also has a problem on this iPhone, with the search bar disappearing from time to time. Apple, are you serious?

All these problems do not appear on Androids.

Done venting, here's the real problem:

Continuity is why I bought an iPhone. Everything connects pretty well, except for the Notes app. I cannot seem to sync the two correctly. I have tried everything from restarting the phone to disconnecting the devices from the network, from iCloud and then reconnecting everything. Nothing. The only way notes from my Macbook will appear on my iPhone is if I open the multitask window and slide up from the bottom (where it says "Daniel's Macbook's Notes"; I get to see it once, and then it goes away unless I repeat the same process. It will never just show up if i hit the Notes app. Notes from my iPhone also will not go to my Macbook.

Apple, are you serious?

Amazing. I paid 750 for this. Disappointing Apple, very disappointing. Steve Jobs is definitely shaking his head from his grave.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I did not read all of your post -- mostly just the title. This is a user-to-user support forum so not the best place to vent to Apple. You can do that at http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html

I use the Evernote app ( https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/evernote/id281796108?mt=8 ) on my iPhone and the Mac version of the same on my MacBook Air. It syncs flawlessly and has many more features. The only negative is the occasional encouragement to upgrade to a paid feature set.

The sync issue with Notes may be due to the following inconsistency between the Notes version on your phone vs the Mac: Before you upgrade your notes - Apple Support
