The built in app "News" missing on my IPhone 6

IPhone 6:

• Processor speed: dual core, 1.4GHz A8 processor
• Memory/ Storage: 64 Gb
• IOS: 9.0.1

When I updated my IPhone to the newest version IOS 9.0.1, the built in application, " News", is not appearing on my homepage, neither in my settings; it is only appearing in settings>cellular data.

On the other hand, when I updated my phone to the newest IOS the built in applications such as "Find Friends" and "Find IPhone" appeared on my homepage.
