Apple ID locked due to multiple accounts?

Hi,

I have 2 accounts for iTunes and Apps, one for US and one for Japan, under different email addresses. I can no longer login to purchase iTunes or upgrade my Apps on my iPhone 6. However, I have no problem with both IDs on my iPad or MacBook Air.

Please advise

To use the US iTunes store, you need

1] an account in the US store,

2] a credit card issued by a financial institution in the US with a verified US address, and

3] be physically located in the US.


Since you are in Japan, you do not meet the requirements to use the US store. Use your

Japanese account in that iTunes store.
