Whenever I unlock my iPhone 6s with touch id the status bar is missing and the screen is unresponsive for 2 to 4 seconds. Everything else (icons, wallpaper) shows up as normal. After a couple of seconds the status bar will show up and the screen will work. This device has been setup as a new device twice and still has the same problem.

Same problem for my iPhone 6s on iOS 9.0.2. It happens only with touch ID after a few minutes of sleeping.

6s Plus 128gb version.
Sometimes when I try to open an app directly after unlock the app-icon turns dark but nothing happens for 2-4 seconds. After that the app opens up. It´s like the whole system becomes unresponsive for a short time.

You may have a bug Restore back to factory settings.
Go to settings - iCloud back up now .
