Q: cannot print photo book from Projects in Photos app

I made five photo-books in the Projects section of the new Photos app. However, when I try to print them it is not working. One book printed after about seven or eight attempts and took over two hours to upload. Every other time, it either says 'store currently unavailable', or spends hours uploading only to fail at the last minute. The last two times I have tried, the little box showing how much is still to go has gone from 98% complete to 104% complete to 123% complete...at this point I came to the conclusion it was not going to work! The books are for a present for my husband's birthday which is now just over a week away and I am a bit desperate. Any advice please?
