Is Logic Express 9 compatible with Yosemite?

I had to remove Logic Pro and Logic Express 9 from my Macbook Pro to make room on my hard drive for upgrading to Yosemite a couple months ago. After cleaning up my hard drive I had room to reinstall Logic Express 9. I am currently running Yosemite 10.10.5 and when I tried to open Logic Express 9 I received a message stating that it would not open in my current OS X. Is Logic Express 9 incompatible with Yosemite?
