Q: How do I download pictures from computer to iPhone 6

How do I download pictures from my computer to iPhone?  I accidentally restored backup from my computer, not back young up first and deleted a years worth of photos from my phone.  Thank you for your help.

You can sync them to the phone from the computer using the USB cable and  iTunes: Sync photos from your computer to your iOS device using iTunes - Apple Support

Other methods include:

use a 3rd party app such as http://www.photosync-app.com/

use a cloud service such as Dropbox
