Check sites such as Amazon or eBay, or phone the online Apple Store.

If you try Apple make sure you phone them. It won't be in the online catalog. If you phone them make sure they understand you want the server edition. You may be lucky if they have Tiger in any form though. I ordered 10.6 server last week and they diligent person who helped me had to look in 4 different places and it took about 15 minutes.
