Q: 5C not showing up in iTunes on PC when plugged in

iOS 9.0.1

iTunes 12.3

Windows 10

When I plug my 5C into my computer it charges but doesn't show up in iTunes. I've never had this problem before. I even tried a different USB cable and it didn't work either. I read a few articles on what to do but they don't seem to be working.

iPhone 5c, iOS 9.0.1

I figured it out. Had to reinstall everything in Device Manager. Thanks for your help!
