I have a primary email address with four aliases. I use fastmail.fm. Someone send an email to my primary email address. I reply to all and mail picks a random alias to send my email from. When I reply why won't mail use the same email address that the email was sent to?
I add aliases by going to
Settings-->Mail, Contacts and Calendars-->My Email-->Account-->Email-->Add Another Email...
iPhone email picks a random one from that list when replying.
