Q: STUCK ON RECOVERY MODE , I DONT HAVE BACKUP

hi i have apple model a1396 ipad 2 . today i just try to udpate from ios 4.3.5 to ios 9.1, and after the process was almost done , it comes the usb and i tunes logo on my device , and on my pc cannot make an update and give an option to restore factory settings and i done it but it gives me an error 9 and my ipad still stuck what can i do ???

and i don't have a backup for my device what can i do

It's too late to save your data.. Anything that was on the phone is already gone.

Get help with iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support

Errors: 2, 4, 6, 9, 1611, 9006.
Sometimes security software can stop your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.
Check your security software and settings to make sure that they aren't blocking a connection to the Apple servers.
If you still see the error message, check for USB connection issues.
