I understand that you are trying to remove your credit card information from your iTunes account on your iPhone, but have been unsuccessful in doing so. The attached article below shows how to navigate though your settings and select “None” as your payment option.

If you do not see the option for “None”, please review the next article for possible reasons why you are unable to remove your card.
