Q: is there anyway that I can download my pictures from my compter destop to phone without using itunes sync?

I recently just upgraded to the iPhone 6s but when I was at AT&T the consultant told me that I was not able to copy my photos from my old phone to my new phone using iCloud. Everything on my old phone has been restored, but I saved my pictures on my desktop. Is there anyway to get them back on my Iphone without using iTunes sync? help!!

Not sure why you couldn't have done it via iCloud but guess that doesn't matter at this point. If you don't want to use iTunes, other methods include:
3rd party apps such as http://www.photosync-app.com/
or cloud services such as DropBox
or Photo Stream My Photo Stream FAQ - Apple Support
