Since updating to the latest version of itunes my ipod device is no longer recognized. I have followed all the instructions but to no avail. Nothing works. Can anyone help?
I updated the itunes programme to the latest version and since doing so, my ipod is no longer recognized as a device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled; turned off and on but nothing seems to work. Anybody else had this problem? This is the first time I have updated the programme since Windows 10 was installed.
