Play only downloaded music

Go to the My Music tab on your iOS device. From the Library or Playlists tab select the view menu in the middle of the screen. At the bottom of the menu you will see a toggle to turn on the "Only Offline Music" view. After that you should only see the music that is downloaded to your device.

Partly correct. But if you only wish to play downloaded music and are in the Playlist screen, you will still see songs "available" if you have saved any playlists from Apple Music (not your own playlists synced from another device/computer). Those songs will show as greyed out, but will certainly play and use either wifi or cellular data to stream.

Only playing music in the SONGS view or playing a PLAYLIST that you know you downloaded will actually only play the downloaded tracks.
