4k video
When I try to download a 4k video from my iPhone 6s to my computer via Photo, it copies the file in 1280x720! When I get info on the original footage I shot it specs it out correctly (3840 x 2160). Am I importing wrong?
I have a similar problem - am trying to download my 4k video - but can't download it at all (not even in a lower resolution).
What did you do? Did you use iTunes or iCloud? What do you mean "via Photo"? Did you download to a Mac or PC?
