I am using IOS9 on an 5S trying to Synch on a Windows 7 (64bit) using the latest version of ITunes. I am asked the question if I trust the computer and then after that I get a message of ITunes saying I need the latest version. When I click on update it tells me that its the latest version. I have synched on this computer before. I have reinstalled ITunes. Has anybody else seen this?
