Wifi calling on iOS9 with iPhone 5s and ATT

I cannot enable Wifi calling on my iPhone 5s after upgrading to iOS9. My carrier is ATT. According to Apple's instructions, you go to Settings-Phone-Wifi calling. I do not have a "Wifi Calling" choice under Settings-Phone. Could it be hiding somewhere else? Or is there some way to make it appear?

Thanks

Greetings jeremy73,

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, WiFi Calling is not listed in the phone settings. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

Make a call with Wi-Fi Calling - Apple Support

  1. Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling and make sure that Wi-Fi Calling is on.
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. Connect to a different Wi-Fi network. Not all Wi-Fi networks work with Wi-Fi Calling.
  4. Turn Wi-Fi calling off and then on again.
  5. Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.
