After I restore my iPhone 6s (iOS 9.0.1) with my iPhone 5s (iOS 9.0.1) backup. The wallet view is zoomed in and cards is cut off from both side.
I have also experienced this. I tried removing all the tickets I had in there but this issue still exists.
It looks like the new 9.0.2 doesn't fix the zoom issue. I contacted apple support and they say their engineer is working on it, but not ETA on the fix...
I Have the same problem! I can't delete any passes because i can only assume that the icon to access that is off the screen.
Having same issue . Still no fix ? Wonder how Apple missed this one. There are multiple threads on Apple communities and elsewhere.
- double tapping home screen button does not work ( per other forums/posts)
- setting display to Zoom does not work either ( per other forums/posts)
Kinda makes boarding passes useless if you can't see the gate 🙂

I Spoke to someone at the Apple Store and they said the beta to the next software update fixes this problem. So wait for 9.1 to come out.
I just install the 9.1 update and it fixed the wallet zoom issue on my iPhone 6s
