Ricoh MP c4000 not printing after OS X 10.10 upgrade

I did set up the same Ricoh printer couple of weeks ago for a client. They had OS X 10.7.

They had to upgrade to 10.10 because they had issues with an specific application and now ALL the printers previously installed are not printing.

I did try the manufacturer's drivers and I either get nothing or dozens of blank pages printed out.

If anyone can help, will appreciate!

Cheers

Reset the printing system on one Mac by right clicking on the printerlist in system preferences/printers and scanners.

Then download the latest compatible printerdriver from Ricoh which does support OSX 10.10 Yosemite.

Create the printer using that new driver and test again.

When you don't use the correct driver you will get a lot of blank pages with postscript errors on them.

How old is that printer, does it still have support? Which model is it?

Contact Ricoh for a new driver.

Goodluck
