I-Phone 6S 128GB - I'm done already.

The situation - bought my new IPhone 6s 128GB yesterday, attempted to sync and now the thing is stuck in "swipe to upgrade" ****. Tried Restore and Update from I-Tunes - zero result and showing Error#1. What an expensive, frustrating waste of time.
