DIY Rubber Feet for a 2012 MBPr 15''

I'm missing some of the rubber feet on my mid-2012 15 inch Macbook Pro w/ retina display, and I can't find a DIY kit compatible with my mac. The kits I've found are all for either Macbook Air models or the old unibody non-retina models. Furthermore, I'm out of warranty, and I'm NOT paying for service for a $6 adhesive replacement.
