I have a Verizon IPhone 5s and I am receiving iMessages 3-10 mins late. I have IOS 9 and ever since I got IOS 9 I've been getting delayed messages. My friend gets the message immediately, when he texts back I get it 3-10 mins. If you have the same problem reply pleas. Any tips or tricks or anything is greatly appreciated

I am having the same problem. Ever since I downloaded iOS 9 and I am iMessaging someone, they get my texts right away and text back right away but I don't receive it until 10-20 minutes later. Same problem with my snapchat.

MY phone is still receiving delayed messages and snapchat and it's getting very irritating. Sometimes I'm having an important conversation that requires a quick response, but I will mot receive the message for another half an hour. Any answers?
no same with my phone still getting delayed insta snap and messages. I havent been able to go to the apple store.
I Read online that resetting your network setting might fix it.
My phone is still messed up and I think it's getting worse. The notifications are even more Delayed.
