I don't have a Chinese Resident ID but I use a Chinese bank card
I live in China and I have a address, but I don't have a Chinese Resident ID since I am not Chinese Citizen. Without this ID how can I pay for my Apple ID?

Does your bank officially offer (support) the Apple Pay facility? If it does, ask the bank how you can use it.
