MBP crashes when connecting to thunderbolt display. Why?

My MBP 15" Retina (early 2013) crashes when connecting to thunderbolt display after a few minutes or sometimes only after seconds. It began today in the morning. Yesterday it all worked fine and I made no changes to the system.


Has anyone the same problem?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
