Q: My iPhone 6s froze on me while I restarted it to complete the update of the newest IOS version.
Please help me. My iPhone 6s froze on me while I restarted it to complete the update of the newest IOS version.
I just bought an iPhone 6s. After having it activated at the store, i went home and connected to my iTunes on my desktop to restore all my backup from my old phone. Then the iTunes asked me to update to newest IOS version so I did. Then it asked to restart my iPhone in order to complete the update. AFter restarting my new iPhone 6s, the phone turned on. It appeared Hello, so I slided the arrow it and put in the password numbers. Then it continued to choose the wifi connection. Then it asked to slide to upgrade. Then it froze on me. I could not slide the arrow no matter how hard I tried. I tried to connect to the computer for a long time but it still froze. I tried to restart it many times but it would not pass this stage. I tried to reconnect it to the iTunes to restart it again and to restore it to the previous version but then it asked me to turn off the Find my iPhone app, which is impossible since I can't get into my iPhone. Here is a picture of what it looks like. So I am just stuck. Please help me because I can't even call the Apple store to ask for help. Thank you very much.
