I Try purchase gems in clash of clans but the message "purchase cannot be completed" "for assistance go to apple support page for help www.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/." I'm not sure what to do once I go to the support page. Help?

To contact iTunes Support :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

So you contacted Apple support following the info above and they replied and simply told you to go back to the support page?
When I attempt to make in-app purchases apple tells me to go to www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/. And I'm not sure what I need to do to fix it. Help?
