ios 9 freezing screen and keeps going on apple logo :-[
hi I have upgraded my ipad mini to ios 9 and now it keeps on going on the apple logo and keeps on freezing I tried to contact apple but there was no answer if apple broke my ipad and I'm out of warranty will they have to fix please could someone help 😠 thanks
