Sep 29, 2015 9:09 AM in response to asifrahmanby Roger Wilmut1,Try going to the Payment Details in the Account details in the iTunes Store and selecting 'None' for the credit card. Then try changing country, then enter the new credit card. (I don't know whether this will work but it's worth trying).
Failing that you will probably need to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click 'See all products and services', then ' 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'.
