Q: I'm having trouble installing windows 10 upgrade on my Mac Mini with Iris graphics
I'm running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 on my Mac Mini with Iris Graphics. I've been running Windows 8.1 in Boot Camp without any problems. The graphic driver there is for an Iris 5100. Running Apple update in Windows shows that the driver is current.
If I run the update advisor in Windows it identifies a problem with my Logitech mouse, but says everything else is fine. So I run the update. Except now it says that the Iris driver is not compatible and refuses to upgrade to Windows 10.
I've already tried updating the driver from the Intel site. It says the driver is current. Can't find anything anywhere for this specific problem. Anyone else having this problem? More importantly, anyone have a solution? I'd really like to upgrade. If I'd known the upgrade wouldn't work I would have bought Win 7. But I got a good price on the Win 8.1 and figured it wouldn't matter once I updated.
Oh, and, as far as I know, a clean install of Win 10 isn't possible with the free upgrade option. But I wouldn't mind finding out that it is possible.

The 6.x version is primarily for W10. Can you try Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5769 ?
