Q: Screen protector Sport model

Just bought a 42mm sport yesterday and was wondering is it a good idea to get a screen protector, if so anybody know of a good one? I've read a lot just cover the flat part of screen and not the curved edges. Maybe screen protectors aren't needed?

    Hi

As you have noted, some screen protectors cover only the flat part of the display. However, some thin film-type protectors do cover the full screen of Apple Watch (ie including around the edges).

Commonly reported problems with snap-on type protectors (in general) include that they can, for example: fall off relatively easily, reduce touch sensitivity, scratch quite easily, trap moisture and/or trap small items of debris (which can then cause scratches on the watch case and/or display).

i agree withe post about screen protectors - i have tried a bunch on my 42mm Stainless Steel watch - some of the ones that are cases are hard to get on - the snap on ones work a little better

i finally went with a protector from x-doria that protects the sides of the watch and a film protector for the face - the film protectors can be a little tricky to get on though
