Can't Connect to Network Printer

I was having problems printing, so I removed the network printer under settings. When I tried to add the printer back, it can't find it.

The printer is a Kyocera 250ci and networked with other computers.

I am able to connect to the printer on my MacBook Pro. I also removed the printer and added with no problem.

I am also able to connect to the printer through sharing on my MacBook Pro.

I can't connect to the printer directly.

Try adding it by the Printer IP address. First you will need to find the Printer's IP address, look in the printer manual for that feature. Apple explains how to add a printer by IP Address OS X: How to connect to an IP-based printer or AppleTalk printer via IP - Apple Support
