What happened to the Bookworm game?

Developers can take down apps and games at any time. If its no longer in the store, it may have been removed by its developer.

Except that until IOS 11 I could play it; December 1, 2017. Now...nothing? That’s not the developer pulling the game, it’s Apple forcing the game to change when it’s perfectly fine the way it is. I’m especially annoyed because we actually paid for it.
