My docks keeps hiding. Auto hide turns on for no apparent reason every other week.

If i have one window fullscreen on a multi monitor setup, auto hide dock will turn on. This continues after the window has been taken out of full screen mode and even after the computer has been restarted. I have to manually take the dock out fo auto hide until the next week or so when it will ignore my preferences and turn on again. Any ideas?
