Q: documents on my pc no longer syncing to icloud drive

Hi, I don't know the exact time that this stopped working but when I make changes to documents that I access through the icloud drive on my pc they aren't updating to the same documents that I access from a mac device. the icloud icon in the bottom right systems tray says that I have 133 documents updating but that doesn't seem to change.

Any ideas???
