iPhone 6 plus on iOS 9.0.1 dictation freezes, does not translate with any accuracy.

IiPhone 6plus recently updated from 8.4.1 to 9.0.1 and the dictation feature is not working properly. No longer translates with any accuracy, when it does it auto corrects from a more accurate translation to something completely unrelated. It also freezes up, or only translates the first two words before freezing up. I depend heavily on the dictation feature working accurately and would like to know what I can do to improve this, or if anyone else is having similar issues?
