This computer is already associated with an Apple ID
What does this mean? This is my computer and my ID. I am trying to download from the cloud why do I have to wait for another 9 days?

Wait another 9 days for what? I've had iTunes request that I sign into iTunes store or authorize my PC before - even though I was already signed in and on an authorized computer. I don't know the cause though. Upgrading to the newest iTunes fixed that issue IIRC.
