Q: I can not open iBooks sense upgrading to iOS 9.1 or make any purchases from iTunes or the App Store,  Any suggestions

I Can not open IBooks, I just get a blank screen, according to storage settings, iBooks is using 668 MB of space(over 500 books)!

I tried to down load a book using EPUD, nothing happened. I can not access iTunes, would not open?? Any suggestions???
