iOS 9 buggy

I have installed iOS9 on my iPad mini a few days back, now opening an app sometimes unresponsive, apps crash when opening, crash while using it or not open at all, tuping is very tricky also cause I already finished the word and it's still not in the screen, apps include Apple and third party, games and such. PLEAS HELP. It's like using a kindergarten iPad weep.
